The Erie Canal Riverwalk project calls for the construction of 1,000 feet of trails along the Shenango River in a greenspace behind Thelma’s Sports Nook restaurant off East High Street Extension. The project will also include a fishing pier, benches, a new restroom, a retention pond and a new parking area to the west of Thelma’s.
